I had been looking for a Mark-8 for years. In 2024 I finally got in touch with a very kind owner, the first owner of it. He had assembled the computer himself in 1974 and has kept it to this day. The Mark-8 was only sold as a kit in 1974. Now he is looking for a new owner who appreciates the historical value and takes care of the computer. This Mark-8 also works. We had very nice conversations and also Zoom video calls. Everything was perfectly packaged and sent to me. At my request, the first owner had previously taken photos and a video of himself with the Mark-8 to preserve its history.
